Delivery policy

The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, two things happen: the download page opens in your browser, and the same link goes to the email address you entered at checkout. Usually both within ten seconds.

No physical product is shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge — in India or anywhere else.

The link works five times, on any device, so you can move the file between a phone and a laptop. It is tied to your order, which is why forwarding it to someone else does not work.

Run out of downloads, or lost the email? Write to us with your order number and we will issue a fresh link the same day.

Check the promotions and spam folders first; that is where the mail goes nine times out of ten. Add hello@letsreset.in to your contacts so the next one lands properly.

Still nothing after fifteen minutes, write to hello@letsreset.in with the payment id from your bank message. We reply the same day and send the file directly.

Every guide is a PDF that opens in any browser, Google Drive, Apple Books or Adobe Reader. There is no app to install, no password and no DRM.

File sizes stay under 12 MB so they download on a slow connection without trouble.
