Refund policy

If a guide is not what you expected, write to hello@letsreset.in within 7 days of buying it with your order number. We refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why, and we will not argue.

The refund is sent back to the same method you paid with. Razorpay takes five to seven working days to put it back in your account; we cannot make that faster.

Only that you stop using the file after a refund, and do not pass it on. The download link is disabled when a refund is issued.

Repeated buy-and-refund on the same guide is the one case where we decline. Everything else gets refunded.

If money left your account but no book arrived, nothing is lost. Razorpay reverses unmatched payments automatically, usually within seven working days. Write to us with the payment id and we will track it for you.

Paid twice by accident? Tell us and the duplicate is refunded the same day we see it.
