Privacy policy

Let's Reset is operated by Let's Reset Digital, based in Patna, Bihar, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@letsreset.in.

This policy covers letsreset.in and every subdomain of it. It does not cover sites we link out to, which have their own policies.

When you buy a guide we collect your name, your email address, and the order details Razorpay returns to us — order id, payment id and amount. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials; those stay with Razorpay.

When you subscribe to the letter we collect your email address only. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email and message you type.

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics and, if you consent, the Meta Pixel: pages visited, approximate city, device type and referrer. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Your email is how a paid book reaches you, and how we reissue a download link if the first one is used up. Order records are kept because Indian tax law requires us to keep sale records for eight financial years.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not send promotional mail to buyers who have not subscribed to the letter separately.

Four processors, each for one job: Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting and server logs) and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each holds only what its job needs.

We disclose data beyond this only where a law or a valid court order requires it.

Write to hello@letsreset.in to get a copy of everything we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within seven days. Deletion removes your email and name; the tax record of the sale stays, as the law requires.

Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Analytics can be blocked by any content blocker or by declining cookies in the banner.

Our guides are written for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has bought from us, write to us and we will refund and delete the record.
